The tariff charge for 6 to 18year olds can only be applied for those who are being accompanied by a Parent or Guardian

We cater for couples and families and reserve the right not to accept bookings from groups with more than three units.

To secure bookings a deposit or payment is required & the fee is dependent on your arrival date.

Additional charges per tariff must be paid for on arrival.  The number of people occupying each pitch must not exceed the number stated in the booking request or registration form unless arranged.

Cancellations – Transfers / Credit Vouchers

If you have paid in full at the time of booking but need to cancel, we require written or email notice 7 days prior to the start of your stay. A full refund will be given less the handling fee of £20.00. Your full deposit will be retained for cancellations less than 7 days before your arrival day. If you are cancelling your booking on the day, you arrive then any balance owing must be paid for in full.   We strongly recommend that guests take out appropriate insurance.

If a booking is made online and you need to make changes regarding refunds there is a £10 admin fee which also covers bank costs.

In some circumstances, we may be able to offer a credit voucher against your booking – if the dates you are cancelling have been available for others to book or we can resell your pitch.  The credit must be taken within an agreed date by Beech Croft Farm & any outstanding balances to be paid in full once the new booking dates are agreed. The new booking should be for at least the same number of nights as the original booking.  Please note there will be no further refunds or transfers once a credit has been used against dates already given

Transfers may be possible depending on availability for the requested new dates but we do require seven days’ notice in writing & the new dates to be given at the time of the request.  Due to past transfers of bookings proven to be ‘no shows’, any outstanding balances must be paid in full at the time of the requested transfer dates.  Please note that we are only able to offer a ‘one off’ transfer and any payments made are non-refundable if you wish to cancel the transferred booking.
